Shipment and Delivery

• Domestic orders are sent and delivered by “Yurtiçi Kargo” the cost of cargo belongs to the sender.
• Overseas orders are sent via Turkish Postal Service which approxtimately takes 10-12 working days to deliver the address. The standard cost is  6 USD.
• The another option is to deliver overseas order is DHL which is faster way and it take 2-3 days to reach the address. It costs 20 USD.
• Shipping and delivery are not made on weekends and public holidays. Deliveries corresponding to these dates are made on the first business day.
• Your approved orders will be delivered to your address within 1 to 3 working days and delivery time depends on shipmen method and your adress
• The inventory control of the products on our site is constantly carried out by us. If there is a stock problem in the products in your order and the product cannot be supplied, you will be informed by reaching your phone number, and your refund will be made to your account quickly.
• Please check whether the shipping box is damaged when receiving your product. Never take delivery of damaged cargo, record and return. Damaged cargo notification after receipt will not be processed. Your order is under the guarantee of Zebssdesign brand until it is delivered to you by the shipping company.
